The Buddha Institute of Technology (BIT) is situated along Gorakhpur-Lucknow National Highway no. 28 and is 10 kms away from Gorakhpur railway station, and 12 kms from airport. The institute is spread over 14 acres of eco-friendly land. In the first phase, the institute building has a built-up area of about 8500 sq. mtr. The Institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is affiliated to the Gautam Buddh Technical University (GBTU), Lucknow.
