Prof. A.K. Ogra

Prof. A.K. Ogra, the Director General, has more than forty six years of varied experience both in the R & D and academics. He has made significant contributions as the Director, Center for Electronics Design & Technology of India (CEDTI), Gorakhpur. He has been Scientist and Engineer 'SG', Government of India. He is a renowned Scientist & Engineer at National & International level. He is Fellow of Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers of India (IETE) and Technical Member of IPC (U.S.A.).

Prof. Ogra has augmented adequate institutional infrastructure and developed modern laboratories with latest instruments & machines using his vast experience in the field of Engineering & Technology. He has eight industrial products to his credit besides authoring seven books. He has contributed more than 160 research papers besides guiding students in research at all levels. He has been consultant to a number of industries. His untiring hard work and devotion in implementation of solution based approach of science & technology has made it possible to establish this institute of global quality. He has the reputation of founding a number of engineering institutes.
