BIT has an ERP system installed at the campus server for easy access & retrieval of student data. initio software has been installed for this purpose. The software provides a login to all students for accessing their personal data. Following information can be viewed / downloaded through it by the students-

ERP is linked with the SMS gateway through which major informations will be communicated to students as well as their parents via SMS's.

The college also provides all students with a college email id hosted on Google with a 7mb mailbox capacity each. Along with each email id they have access to Google Docs (for saving their spreadsheets, word files and presentations), Google Calendar, Google Sites, Google Groups and Google Videos.
