Technocrats, Doctors, Business Professionals, Educationists and other eminent persons from all over the world formed People Educational Society in Feb., 2004. It was registered under Societies Registration Act 21 of 1860.

The main focus of the society is “ Creation of a knowledge based society that needs youths for its innovations and also gives a lead to the world.” Therefore, it was felt that an academic, technical and professional institute of global standards be established at Gorakhpur.
